Does Love Realy Exist
If one looks up the word 'Love' in a dictionary
one would find that it means, "giving without expecting
to receive". Ha! Ha! As if. This can only work if all
partners in a relationship read it. And still, for how long
would it work?
The only person one can really love is oneself. This we experience
in a most evident way in funerals. We see close relatives
of the diseased crying their eyes out for the loss of their
relative. I can assure you that the diseased is better off
dead than living, but close friends cry mostly for themselves,
i.e. because now the diseased will no longer be with them.
What about married couples. As long as their marriage is
OK you would think that they are madly in love and that they
can't live without each other, if something goes wrong
they become the worst enemies, fighting in court and if
possible destroying each other, and that's what we
call LOVE.
I can keep on writing about the subject for three days, but
I will stop here for now, if anyone would like to comment
