Are you unable to update your profile?
Since November 21st, 2004, I have been unable to update
my profile. Is anyone else having this difficulty? Whenever
I click on the submit button I get an error window that says
the data or page cannot be loaded. I have tried to update
using three different browsers and all are the same. I have
been in contact with Customer Service. They tried to fix
it but were unsuccessful so they passed the problem onto
the "programming department" where I guess
it resides now. Just wondering: Is anyone else having this
problem?
