Customer Critique of Adult FriendFinder
1. "Article" format is annoying and outdated.
Please change "Articles" section to "Forums".
Forums are setup for users to start a thread and have responses
to their thread. Much easier to follow the flow of a conversation.
2. Your editing process is woefully slow. If someone posts
something inappropriate it can and should be edited or
deleted the SAME DAY.
3. Updating your profile should be an instant process without
having to wait a day or so for it to be "proofread".
This is a waste of time of people who change their profile.
4. Hire a developer or BUY the necessary software to eliminate
outdated profiles automatically. If a standard profile
has not been accessed for 60 days or more it should automatically
be REMOVED. I mean wiped from the system completely. Not
this crap where you waste time clicking on a profile and
it tells you that the member's profile has been removed.
It's like going to a soda machine, putting your money
in, and all of the damn drinks are sold out.
5. The website is too damn slow on most days. Upgrade your
servers and Internet access. Slow down on the bells and
whistles that you have recently added like cam chat and
starting clubs in your local area. If the site is slow, it
doesn't matter about bells and whistles. A Ferrari
is a beautiful car, but if it only has a top speed of 35mph
what the hell good is it?
6. Poor customer service has led to the demise of many a company.
I have read many complaints of the customers here who will
not be returning after their premium membership runs out.
Many of them are males. I'm quite certain that if the
men stop shelling out for premium memberships Adult FriendFinder will
be sunk. Listening to, and responding to your customers'
concerns should be job #1.
